Intention

Intention is spiritual force. It can influence both the spiritual and the physical. When I act in a certain way with good intentions, the resulting outcome has positive spiritual and physical consequences. When I act in a certain way with bad intentions, the resulting outcome has negative spiritual and physical consequences.

The power of intention is inherently immeasurable. However, certain observations seem to demonstrate its power. For example, the placebo effect. When humans participate in a drug trial, the average person that receives treatment, in the lease hopes that it will be effective, and at the most expects that it will be effective. This intention exists when they participate in treatment, when they take the provided pill, for example – as they take the pill they are hoping in their soul that it will work. This intention appears to measurably improves their outcome compared with those who has received no treatment whatsoever.
